Conditions for implementing a web presentation.

Valid from: 01.05.2026
Version: 1.0

These terms and conditions govern the basic rules for the implementation of a web presentation provided by MMP Agency s.r.o. / MM PRODUCTION. They apply to offers and projects for the creation of web presentations, landing pages, one-page websites and related services, unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or contract.

If a framework agreement is concluded between the Provider and the Client, its provisions take precedence over these terms and conditions.

1. Scope of the offer

The price is based on the approved scope specified in the offer. The offer includes only services and items explicitly stated in the price part of the offer.

Any expansion of the website structure, number of subpages, functionality, content, language versions, integrations or other requirements outside the approved scope will be priced separately before implementation.

2. Schedule

The usual implementation date is 6–8 weeks from the approval of the assignment, payment of the deposit and delivery of the necessary documents by the Client, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

The implementation date may change, in particular, depending on the scope of proofreading, speed of approval, availability of documents, technical complexity of the project or requirements beyond the original assignment.

3. Proofreading and changes

The implementation includes 2 rounds of comments on the structure and content and 2 rounds of comments on the finished website, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

Further proofreading, changes, additions, reworking or new requirements beyond the agreed scope will be priced separately according to the specific requirement.

Changes outside the scope are considered to be, in particular:

  • adding additional subpages,
  • changing the approved website structure,
  • adding new functionality,
  • connecting to external services,
  • fundamental reworking of texts after their approval,
  • submitting new requirements after the assignment has been approved,
  • modifications caused by late or incomplete delivery of documents.

4. Documents from the Client

The Client shall deliver all necessary documents in the agreed form and on time. These include in particular the logo, CI/brand documents, photographs, videos, texts, legal texts, approaches, translations and other materials according to the specific scope of the project.

If the documents are not delivered on time, in a usable form or require additional processing, the implementation schedule may be shifted and the related work may be priced separately.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the delivered texts, photographs, videos, logos, graphic elements and other documents can be used for the purposes of the web presentation and that their use does not violate the rights of third parties.

5. Texts, translations and legal documents

Basic preparation of texts is part of the implementation only to the extent specified in the offer. Extended copywriting, professional texts, extensive content reworking or texts beyond the agreed scope are priced separately.

If the Client supplies the translations themselves, they must be supplied in the final form according to the prepared website structure. Additional adjustments, text tracing, reformatting of documents or language proofreading can be priced separately.

Legal texts, terms and conditions, personal data processing principles, GDPR documentation and other legal content are supplied by the Client. The Provider ensures their technical insertion into the website within the agreed scope, but is not responsible for their legal correctness.

6. Payment terms

Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the payment terms are:

  • 60% of the implementation price upon confirmation of the offer,
  • 40% of the implementation price before the website is launched.

The website will not be launched on the production domain before the final payment for the implementation part is paid, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Operational items, in particular technical administration, hosting, licenses, plugins or third-party services, are invoiced according to the periodicity specified in the offer.

7. Technical website administration

Technical website administration is a follow-up service after the website is launched. Its purpose is to keep the website updated, functional and technically stable within the framework of the Provider’s standard solution.

Technical administration includes in particular:

  • regular updates,
  • functionality checks,
  • basic security supervision,
  • backup checks,
  • operational technology management within the framework of the standard solution,
  • minor text modifications to a reasonable extent, if they are part of the agreed administration.

Technical administration does not include in particular:

  • new subpages,
  • new functions,
  • redesign,
  • extensive content modifications,
  • new integrations,
  • long-term SEO management,
  • creation of new content,
  • legal revision of texts,
  • PPC or other marketing campaigns.

These services can be priced separately according to specific requirements.

8. Hosting

We recommend operating the website on the Provider’s hosting solution, which is prepared for regular management, updates and quick resolution of technical situations.

The domain remains the property of the Client.

In the case of operating the website outside the Provider’s hosting solution, the scope of technical management may be limited and some interventions may be priced separately depending on the specific situation.

9. Plugins, licenses and third-party services

Paid plugins, licenses, templates, external applications and third-party services are not included in the price unless explicitly stated in the offer.

One-time costs for plugins, licenses or external services may be added to the implementation price. Recurring operating fees may be included in technical management, hosting or listed as a separate operating item.

The provider is not responsible for changes in prices, terms and conditions, availability or functionality of third-party services.

10. SEO, measurement and searchability

Basic SEO settings and linking of measurement tools are included in the implementation only to the extent specified in the offer.

Advanced SEO, AI Search settings, content strategy, link building, long-term SEO management or guarantee of results are not included in the basic implementation unless explicitly stated in the offer.

The provider does not guarantee specific positions in search engines, traffic, number of requests or other business results. The goal is to create a high-quality technical and content basis according to the agreed scope.

11. Website launch

The website launch takes place after the completion of the implementation, the Client’s approval of the output and the payment of the balance of the implementation part, unless otherwise agreed.

After the website launch, the project enters the technical management mode, if this service is part of the offer.

12. Offer validity

The offer is valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

After the offer expires, the Provider reserves the right to update the offer according to the current scope, capacity availability, prices of third-party services and operating costs.

13. Framework agreement

If a framework agreement is concluded between the Provider and the Client, its provisions take precedence over these terms and conditions.
